TransForce is seeking full-time CDL A drivers in Phoenix, AZ. This position offers steady, year-round work with the opportunity to go full-time after completing conversion hours.

Pay:

• $23.00 per hour
• Overtime after 40 hours

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 10–12 hour shifts
• Early morning start times (between 3:00 AM – 6:00 AM)
• Optional Saturdays available

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering a variety of freight including wine, beer, retail, and paper products
• Operating Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed trailers
• 95% drop and hook freight
• Occasional loading/unloading
• Performing routes throughout the Phoenix area
• Executing tight backing maneuvers (especially on Monday Total Wine routes)

Requirements:

• CDL A license
• Minimum 6 months experience (1 year preferred)
• Strong backing skills
• Ability to navigate local routes efficiently
• Clean driving record
• Stable work history
