About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Truck Driver to support local delivery operations in Akron, Ohio. This dedicated position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $26 per hour
• Overtime: Available after 40 hours
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start time: Between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m.
• Hours per week: 40
• Work setting: On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.
• Perform local delivery duties safely and professionally.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A license.
• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
