About the Position

Our client is seeking a dependable Non-CDL Box Truck Driver for local event deliveries in Cleveland, Ohio. This position offers $22 per hour, a Thursday through Monday schedule, and home-daily routes. Drivers will deliver event rental equipment to venues throughout the region and may assist with setup, teardown, and warehouse operations.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $22 per hour
• Schedule: Thursday through Monday
• Start Time: Between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Employment Type: Temp to Perm
• Start Date: August 15, 2026
• Home Daily

Job Details

• Route Type: Local delivery

• Freight: Chairs, tables, glasses, and other event rental items

• Handling: Heavy touch, including event setup, drop-offs, and occasional teardown

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a non-CDL box truck on local delivery routes.
• Deliver event rental items to party and event venues.
• Complete full setups, drop-offs, and occasional teardowns as assigned.
• Work with a helper on larger setups.
• Load, unload, and handle chairs, tables, glasses, and related equipment.
• Assist with warehouse operations as needed.
• Maintain a professional attitude when representing our client at customer locations.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: 0+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Valid medical card required.
• Ability to safely handle event rental equipment and perform physical delivery duties.
