About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL A or CDL B Driver to support local flatbed operations in Edgewood, Maryland. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, daily home time, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $281 per day
Weekly pay range: $1,590-$1,690
Schedule: 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday
Hours per week: 40
Home time: Daily
Employment type: Temp-to-perm

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a flatbed truck equipped with a Moffett on local routes.
Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
Perform required handling tasks, including unloading freight with a Moffett at customer homes.
Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.
Meet the physical demands of the position, including operating a Moffett and securing and storing straps and other equipment.

Minimum Requirements

Valid CDL A or CDL B license.
1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
Flatbed and Moffett equipment experience.
No endorsements required.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
