About the Position

Our client is seeking CDL A drivers to support regional and over-the-road operations based in Palmdale. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, no-touch freight, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule Details

Activity-based pay with earning potential of up to $100,000 per year
Equivalent mileage pay of $0.55–$0.65 per mile
Approximately 2,000–3,000 paid miles per week
Average daily pay of $216, including PTO, training, and qualifying events
40 hours per week
Home weekly: approximately 5 days on the road and 2 days home
Anticipated start date: May 11, 2026

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a CDL A tractor-trailer on regional and OTR routes
Transport grocery freight to assigned delivery locations
Operate sleeper equipment and refrigerated trailers
Complete routes and deliveries according to schedule
Follow all applicable safety, transportation, and operating procedures

Minimum Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
