Koch Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for Dedicated and Flatbed opportunities. Pay & Earning Potential

Depending on the division and opportunity, drivers can earn:

• Starting pay of $0.67–$0.70 CPM
• Average weekly pay up to $1,863
• Top performers earning up to $2,246 per week
• $2,000 Hiring Bonus
• $1,000 Orientation Pay on first dispatch
• $3,000 Driver Referral Bonus
• Paid weekly

Additional pay opportunities are available for Flatbed drivers, including stop, securement, tarping, over-dimensional, and optional Canada border-crossing pay.

Dedicated Division

Koch's Dedicated Division provides drivers with consistent, steady miles, familiar routes and customers, no-touch freight, and weekly home time.

• Top performer weekly pay: $2,047

Flatbed Division

Koch's Flatbed Division gives drivers the opportunity to increase their earning potential through consistent miles and multiple forms of additional pay.

Drivers haul oversized air conditioner units round-trip on flatbed trailers.

Flatbed Pay:

• Starting pay: $0.67 CPM
• Average weekly pay: $1,863
• Top performer weekly pay: $2,161
• $30 per stop
• $25 securement pay per stop
• $75 tarp pay per stop
• $75–$200 over-dimensional pay based on miles
• $400 for any load over 64,000 lbs.
• $100 per loaded border crossing for drivers who choose to operate in Canada

Flatbed drivers are typically out 14–21 days depending on location.

Don't have flatbed experience? No problem. Koch provides additional flatbed training during orientation so drivers can become comfortable and confident with the equipment and securement process before hitting the road.

Late-Model Equipment

Koch puts drivers behind the wheel of modern, driver-friendly equipment.

All trucks are three years old or newer, and the average age of the truck fleet is only 16 months.

Drivers operate Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with features such as:

• Refrigerators
• Leather interiors
• Double curtain wrap
• Double bunks
• Built-in inverters
• Additional driver-friendly amenities

Paid Orientation

Koch provides all-expenses-paid orientation, including a luxury hotel stay.

Dedicated orientation is available in Roseville, MN and Appling, GA, while the Flatbed opportunity specifies orientation in Roseville, MN.

Drivers receive $1,000 in orientation pay on their first dispatch.

Driver Requirements

To qualify, drivers must have:

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 1 year of driving experience

Flatbed experience is not required for the Flatbed Division. Additional training is provided during orientation.
